I developed Agile Leadership Learning to offer leadership and professional development skills to companies and individuals in search of training to grow and development in their careers.
I have over 27 years of teaching technical, compliance, professional development, and leadership training both in the classroom and online. I design end-to-end learning experiences: I write curriculum, build e‑learning, and produce custom animations and voiceovers to create engaging, story-driven and results-focused, measurable learning.
I design end-to-end learning experiences and also lead and develop teams in real business settings. I don’t just teach concepts; I apply them. I’ve led teams through change, coached individuals, and built high-performance cultures. That blend of hands-on leadership experience and instructional design expertise means the learning I create is practical, grounded in reality, and directly aligned with how teams actually work and grow.
